Car Loan Pre Approval
Do they Re-Run my Credit the day before signing loan paperwork when purchasing a home?
I have been pre-approved for a loan and the letter says that the approval is good for 60 days. If i sign the paperwork before the 60 days is up, will they run my credit again to make sure i didnt take out any loans since the last time they checked. see… I am purchasing a home but also want to buy a car, i have been approved for an amount for the home and will most likely be approved for a car loan. I just dont want my car loan to show because this can bring down my ratio and i might qualify for less on my home loan. of course IF they run y credit again the day BEFORE signing the paperwork?????
They will 2-3 times, with the last time being the day of closing.
