Does anyone trust Payday Loans online?

I'm a little short on cash and I have a 300.00 payment coming up on 19th and I always see these payday loans online advertising and I was aondering if they were real or if they were a scam? Does anyone know?

Payday loans are nothing less than legalized loan-sharking. My advice to you would be doing everything in your power to avoid taking a payday loan. You will end up paying an exorbitant interest rate on short term – and if you can not afford $ 300 now, there are slim odds that you will be able to repay the $ 400 – $ 500 you owe them at the end of the loan. Understand also that if you default on a payday loans people these will be your absolute worst nightmare. They will call you at home and at work, they will take you to court and file to have your wages garnished, and they will make negative references on your credit report which will follow you around for years and affect your ability to get a car, rent an apartment or buying a house. Negative credit is probably the worst of these, because bad credit costing big money in the long term – if you are able to get a loan from a bank or lending company, you will only get one that charges very high interest because you will be regarded as a high-risk loans. High interest rates = more money out of pocket, to a low risk borrower would not have had to pay. A better idea would be to call the company / person to whom you owe a payment on 19, and ask for a payment that you can meet when you have the means. Even if you have to agree to pay them a late fee, it is a better (and cheaper) solution than a payday loan. FYI, while I'm already writing, my other advice to you would be to encourage you to look up a consumer credit counseling service (they are in your local phone book) and make a deal. The service is FREE. They will learn you make a budget and stick to it and they will help you negotiate with creditors to lower your interest payments. Become (and stay) debt-free is one of the largest gifts you can give yourself. It is hard work and requires vigilance and commitment, but you can do it and you should do it. Your financial freedom is worth sacrifice! Good luck to you.
