can you sale a house that has rats, even though you signed a contract with a broker?
We have rats!!! My boyfriend said that the house could be sold anyways. Doesn’t he have to mention that to the broker and the bank?
Yes, you CAN sell a house with rats, if you can find someone stupid enough to buy a house with rats. Of course, if your state requires a Seller Disclosure of Property Condition, you do have to disclose the rodent issue.
Naturally, anyone who offers to buy the property will insist that you take care of the rat issue before they will buy it.
