House Lender
Can I swap my house with the foreclosed property by my lender? Will my lender allow it?
I have home in New York but I’m moving to California. Can I ask my lender if they have foreclosed property in California to exchange it with mine in NY if the amount is almost similar? Thanks.
I’ve never heard of any lender doing this but it couldn’t hurt to ask them. They might surprise you and agree. I’ve had a lender swap a car on my loan for another one so you never know.
