What is best rate i can get in investment loan for a house next door i live in arizona?
Currently I being given a rate of 9.3 I really need to get a lower rate and how can I find it asap
shop around with your local banks and financial institutions.
you will receive many on-line and internet solicitations…especially those that say (“email me -ican help you or i can do better”)…they can not do better and you will only end up in a worse financial situation, in teriible loan that was not trully disclosed to you or you may end up losing your identity to identity theft.
work with your local financial institutions….no one can guarantee to give you a lower rate without first seeing your credit and debt to income ratios.
