Do I need to get caught up on my house payment to refinance? An y other options?
I want to refinance my mortgage but I am one month behind in my payment. I can not seem to be caught and therefore need to refinance for a better price. Do I need to get caught or will any let me roll the money owed in my new mortgage? Or are their other options?
Call your lender and explain you need to refinance. They can work with you. If not-there are plenty of ways to be helped. Use a private real estate investor that they are aware of many ways to help. Just be careful, there are a lot of Scam artists our there right now preying on people in your situation.
