How can I redo my house loan with bad credit?
I am IN-HOUSE through my bank at 7.55% interest rate – My wife and my credit has been ruined because of the economy and not having any work. My work has started to pick up a lot. Is there ANYONE who will approve a new home load with bad credit for people who have had their credit hurt? The IN-HOUSE interest rate really stinks and I was only allowed to get a 20 year loan (that’s the max loan term the bank would give), so my payments are very high. Any help would be much appreciated.

Stay away from anything with the word VARIABLE or fixed for only a few years like 5/5 loans.
Interest rates are about to go up, up and away.
Try other local banks and also credit unions.
Stay away from the big national banks for these kind of loans.
