Loan For House Down Payment
Since I’m closing on a new house next week with a conventional loan and a decent down payment?
is there somewhere I can apply to get a little slice of those government handouts for not burdening the system?
Or do I just get to watch my tax dollars go to idiots who bought more than they could afford and opted for a crappy mortgage?
You just get to watch, like the rest of us who thought we were being careful. BUT I guess we do have peace of mind.
