How can I get a house loan from the bank?
Hi, I just got married and want to buy a house but they said we need our income information but neither have I or him made our first income yet. We want to move to San Antonio, Texas and buy a house but we don’t have an income nor a lot of credit, he hasn’t been working and bearly got a job in San Antonio. So how can we get a loan from the bank? I really want to buy a house but when I tried to get a credit card to start on my credit I was denied cause they said I didn’t have credit. Please if someone knows how to help me please reply. Only serious answers.
as far as I know to apply loan from the bank..you need to get a job first, coz they will only process your application if they had your income information… they will think it was a high risk if they give the credit to an unemployed person…
so better to get a job first before you apply for loan..
