My dad took a personal loan, i.e an unsecured loan he passed away last month. m i responsible for his loan?
My dad took a personal loan, i.e an unsecured loan he passed away last month m i responsible for his loan. i m still minor my mother is a housewife.we got no incoming source so r we responsible to pay my dad’s personal loan.
If you are a minor then NO the loan company cannot ask you to pay the loan. They may ask your mum to pay but if she has no income and your dad left no estate then it would normally be written off . Sorry to hear about your dad passing xxxx
