Refinance a home with bad credit?
I have owned a house in three years. Towards the middle of last year I had financial problems (Layoffs) and the managed to get six 30 days late payment and a 60 days late payment. In addition, increased my lender my adjustable rate since my expiration date was just about the same time. Now I am back to the present, but my mortgage payment of over 1000.00. It is a strain. I tried to refi late last and was denied. Since I continuously what should I do? I am seriously thinking about selling the damn house.
