online personal loan
If you apply for an online personal loan and don’t get an immediate answer, what’s that lead to?

I applied for a personal loan online and after clickin submit, and advertised as instant decision, they said “We need more information, one of our represetatives will contact you by phone, thanks!” Does that mean that they just really need more info and you might get accepted, or does that mean that they’re unsure, or what?

What kind of information did they ask for in their application?

If they are legit then they will have to call you… because they will need to check your credit score and verify employment, etc.

If they are a scam and asked you to already enter sensitive data like your bank account number, social security number etc…. they are probably raiding your bank account right now and/or opening a bunch of credit card accounts behind your back.

Before you give an online company any sensitive data you should run a search on them to see whether any complaints have ben logged against them and whether they are registered to do business.
Better Business Bureau and Rippoffreport.com is the first 2 things I run a search on… if it is a “financial” I also check their SSC filing status, etc.
