Overnight Loan
Do I need 2 pay a lender fees for a credit report and overnight fees even thought I changed lenders?
Lender can not charge me the time they took to get me aproved for a loan, but believes they can charge me for UPS overnight fees, credit report, and some underwriting fees. I swtiched lenders because the one I had could not do the job in time we need before closing time. Thanks for your help. Thanks for ReSPA mark some very useful information on the site. Thanks also to five years broker for your statement also. Nope I have never paid them anything. I had receieved good faith estimate and a payment was due after having received in good faith estimate to get things down to insurers and start the loan process. So we were aware that the lender could not meet the deadline, so we switched.
