Purchase Loan
Want a bank allow me to bundle a car purchase of a home loan?
Ok I make approx. $ 100,000 year in California. And good credit. I have 10,000 in cash for payment on a loan. I want to buy a house costing 100,000 in Las Vegas Nevada, but take a loan of 135,000 to cover the house and a car purchase? The bank will approve this loan? If not a home loan, there is a loan that would fit my needs? Thanks
absolutely not. no bank would approve a loan this way. you would have to have two separate loans.
