Can financial aid to pay for Greek housing?
I am a first year in college and probably will have to lift a fraternity this semester. I can choose to stay in the house next year. I was wondering typically financial aid to pay for this type of housing? Paying for college for me is of a lot of loans and grants, so I will not really have the $ 3,200 to pay out of pocket that it costs to live in the house. Is it possible to pay for Greek housing, through financial support, or is it completely separate?
All my financial aid is based out of the estimated cost of semester. The first goes to pay bills from university, and after I get the rest of the money. From that money I use it to pay house bills for my fraternity. So yes, financial support does not pay for you housing.
