medical loans bad credit
legitimate private loans for school with bad credit?

I turned to a salliemae loans and was kinda accepted, but need a co-signer, I dont have a lot of family members, I am a mother of 2 and have tried to go to nursing school for a while. My husband and I have whats considered too much debt compared to relationship and has had financial problems that show late payments on credit, We also have medical bills. What can we do, The nursing program is only 1 year if I could just get the loan to start up funds would be back, nursing is a marketable career. some lenders just will not give me a break, we have a home to, but obviously we've had late payments, but I think if we got a loan, and we did not pay it back, we would lose our home, so they have really nothing to risk because we have equity. All feedback is welcome and appreciated.

Have you applied for funding in this order? 1. Free money (scholarships, grants) 2 Fed loans (Stafford mostly – have you fill out FAFSA?) 3 Private loans (these are more expensive but cosigner can save you money on interest rates and cut rates for you) Milk the first two of everything you can. Do not forget the employer's comp and the kind of benefits. Debt to income ratio problems can make life much harder. Private loans co-signed if you can, is great if you can pay them off quickly with your new income and education.
