heard that small builders underestimate the cost of lowering the stamp duty fee and ask for the balance in cash from the buyer is a difficult situation when planning to buy home with loan.is what I have heard right?
Always buyer have to bear stamp duty for registration. even though the seller pays, he will, inter alia, that in the price.
