Car Loan Sell
How do we sell a car privately that still has a loan on it?
We prefer not to pay the loan until the car is sold (using Sales money), but I'm not sure if it can work that way. Has anyone any experience with this?
You have to arrange this agreement between you, the bank that gave you a loan and buying. To sell the car the bank has to clear the title first and will do so only after receiving all the money you owe them. Call your bank and ask them, they will guide you through the process.
