unemployed bad credit loans
What are some well-known student loan agencies for bad credit?

Good morning, Yahoo.
I currently am in the middle of a crisis. I have a car loan right now which is 3 months past due. I just got laid off for the 3rd time this year. This means that I’m unemployed. I’m in debt for a credit card, phone bill, and medical bill also.

So I’m planning to go back to school since I’m having absolutely no luck in finding a job. I applied for federal student aid, but my EFC was over 9000 because my parents worked last year, but my mom is unemployed now.

I need a student loan from a trusted, well-known company to help me with my car payments and cost of attendance. I have bad credit due to the car being past due. Is it possible for me to get a high amount loan that is enough to pay the car until I graduate and find a job plus pay for school on top of that?

By the way, note that I get free tuition. I just need to cover costs such as clothes, cell phone, food, car payment, school books, paper, and pens etc.

Given your bad credit you might have to get a loan with a co-signer. Knowing our tuition is paid for the type of loan if you can get one would be one where the school verifies the amount needed to cover school expenses. I never qualify for federal aid as well so getting creative with financing is always fun.

This part may not be what your want but, you might want to think about getting a job going to school part time to pay down some of your debt if you cant get a cosigner for your loan. Once your get your debt to income ratio sorted out and get your credit squared away you could qualify for large student loans that the school doesn’t need to verify. You could always go to financial aid and tell them your situation and about how your parents are no longer employed.
